Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BlendCFO, operated by Hodgen AI LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using BlendCFO, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

BlendCFO is a financial intelligence platform for e-commerce businesses. We connect to your QuickBooks, Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google Ads accounts via authorized OAuth connections to generate blended financial reports, weekly P&L summaries, and AI-powered insights.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use BlendCFO.
• One person or business per account. Shared accounts are not permitted.

3. Authorized Use

You authorize BlendCFO to access your connected platform accounts in read-only mode for the purpose of generating financial reports and insights. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access for the business accounts you connect.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free accounts have limited features as described on our pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the billing period.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Refunds are available within the first 14 days of a new subscription.

5. Data Accuracy

BlendCFO provides financial insights based on data from your connected accounts. While we strive for accuracy, our reports are for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional accounting or financial advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our reports.

6. Intellectual Property

BlendCFO and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hodgen AI LLC. Our platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your financial data remains yours — we claim no ownership over any data from your connected accounts.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
• Using the service to violate any laws or regulations.
• Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized users.
• Attempting to access other users' data.
• Using automated scripts to access the service outside of authorized API access.

8. Limitation of Liability

BlendCFO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
